About Yango – YANGO Saffron with melatonin (60 caps)
YANGO Saffron with melatonin combines a standardised saffron stigma extract ( Crocus sativus ) with melatonin in a convenient once-daily vegetarian capsule. Each capsule delivers 30,000 µg of saffron extract, carefully standardised to contain a minimum of 2% crocin and 1% safranal — two of the most studied bioactive compounds found naturally in saffron — alongside 1 mg of melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag; for this effect, melatonin should be consumed close to bedtime on the day of travel and for a few days after arrival. Melatonin also contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep; this effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg close to bedtime. This precise 1 mg dose per capsule aligns with the conditions of use established under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
Formulated without artificial preservatives, fragrances or colourings, and encapsulated in a plant-cellulose shell, this product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. With 60 capsules per pack, a single pack provides a full 60-day supply at the recommended daily dose.
