Welcome to Viking Supplements^®. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order — by completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Requisitos de admisión

Para realizar un pedido, debes tener al menos 18 años y gozar de capacidad jurídica para celebrar un contrato vinculante. Al realizar el pedido, confirmas que cumple estos requisitos.

3. Productos

Vendemos complementos alimenticios y productos relacionados. Nos esforzamos por describir y presentar nuestros productos con la mayor precisión posible, pero pueden producirse pequeñas variaciones en el envase, el aspecto o la lista de ingredientes a medida que los fabricantes actualizan sus productos. Las imágenes de los productos son meramente ilustrativas y pueden diferir ligeramente del artículo entregado.

Los complementos alimenticios no deben utilizarse como sustituto de una dieta variada y equilibrada ni de un estilo de vida saludable. No superar la dosis diaria recomendada. Mantener fuera del alcance de los niños pequeños. Nuestros productos no están destinados a diagnosticar, tratar, curar ni prevenir ninguna enfermedad.

4. Precios

All prices are shown in the currency applicable to your store and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the product price; they are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Nos reservamos el derecho a modificar los precios en cualquier momento, pero dichos cambios no afectarán a los pedidos que ya hayamos confirmado. En caso de que se produzca un error evidente en el precio o un error tipográfico, no estamos obligados a suministrar el producto al precio incorrecto y nos pondremos en contacto contigo antes de tramitar tu pedido.

5. Cómo se celebra un contrato

Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it — this does not yet mean your order is accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock), we will inform you and refund any payment already taken.

6. Pago

We accept a range of payment methods provided through our payment processor, Mollie, including credit and debit cards, Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, iDEAL and other relevant local payment methods. The payment methods available to you depend on your country and are displayed at checkout — not every method is available in every market.

El pago se realiza en el momento de realizar el pedido. Tu pedido solo se tramitará una vez que el pago haya sido autorizado correctamente.

7. Entrega

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is normally 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Full details are set out in our Política de envíos y entregas.

Some orders may be shipped directly from one of our suppliers or fulfilment partners within the EU, so the sender shown on the parcel may differ from “Viking Supplements”. This does not affect your rights: Eco Supplements EOOD remains the seller and your point of contact for your order, including any questions about delivery, faults, returns or refunds.

El riesgo de pérdida o daño de la mercancía se transfiere a usted en el momento en que usted (o un tercero designado por usted, que no sea el transportista) tome posesión física de la mercancía.

8. Derecho de desistimiento (cancelación)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Excepción para los productos precintados: Por motivos de protección de la salud e higiene, el derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a los productos precintados que hayan sido desprecintados tras la entrega. Esto significa que, si se ha abierto el precinto o el envase de seguridad de un complemento alimenticio, el artículo ya no podrá devolverse por un simple cambio de opinión.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can complete our online withdrawal form, or contact us at support@vikingsupplements.eu with a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period expires. Gastos de devolución: Si decides desistir del contrato simplemente porque has cambiado de opinión, deberás hacerte cargo de los gastos directos de devolución de los productos.

9. Reembolsos

Where you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

10. Productos defectuosos o incorrectos (derechos legales)

As the seller is established in Bulgaria, your statutory rights under Bulgarian consumer law apply, alongside the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence within the EU. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy and have a right to complain for up to 2 years from delivery, provided you notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. These statutory rights are not affected by the change-of-mind withdrawal right described above. 11. Responsabilidad

Ninguna disposición de las presentes Condiciones limita ni excluye nuestra responsabilidad en los casos en que ello sea ilegal, incluida la responsabilidad por fallecimiento o lesiones personales causadas por negligencia, o por fraude. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, no nos hacemos responsables de las pérdidas que no fueran previsibles o que se deriven del incumplimiento por su parte de las instrucciones del producto, las dosis recomendadas o las condiciones de conservación.

12. Resolución de litigios

We hope to resolve any issue directly — please contact us first at support@vikingsupplements.eu. If we cannot reach a solution together, EU consumers can access independent dispute-resolution information via the European Commission’s Consumer Redress platform. For cross-border disputes within the EU, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) offers free assistance.

13. Legislación aplicable

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.

14. Modificaciones de las presentes Condiciones

Es posible que actualicemos estas Condiciones de vez en cuando. La versión vigente en el momento en que realices tu pedido es la que se aplica a tu compra.
