Chicory inulin is a naturally occurring dietary fibre and prebiotic. According to the EU Register of authorised health claims, chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. Fibra de achicoria (Cichorium intybus) root [FIBRULINE™ chicory (Cichorium intybus) root fibre, of which inulin].

Modo de empleo y posología

Dissolve 1 and 1/2 scoops (4.5 g) of powder in 200 ml of warm or cold water, drink, or add directly to food. Take three times a day. Daily dose: 3 × 4.5 g = 13.5 g (providing 12 g of inulin). A measuring scoop is included inside the package.
