Take one serving (approximately 2 level scoops) of C4 Ultimate mixed with 700 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose of 1 serving per day. Contains caffeine (300 mg per double-scooped serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
